QUICKWORKS MEDICAL EXERCISE

Kathleen "Kaci" Quick is the owner of QuickWorks Medical Exercise, LLC. She has dedicated her life to helping others in the field of health and rehab exercise. Kaci has 18+ years of experience in the wellness and physical therapy field. Kaci is currently employed by the Department of Defense as a physical therapist assistant at Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Ft. Eisenhower, GA, where she serves active duty service members and their families. Her years of experience have equipped her as a medical exercise specialist to train clients with medically based conditions who have been discharged from physical therapy and/or chiropractic care. Kaci is a recent graduate from Saybrook University, receiving her Master's in Mind-Body Medicine. As a holistic practitioner, she is an asset to the health and medical community.  Her wealth of knowledge and integrative health experience has allowed her to extend her services to address chronic pain and serve veterans and civilians within the community. She strives to work closely with medical professionals to "bridge the gap between modern health care and fitness" with a holistic approach.
