MEDICAL EXERCISE PROTOCOLS
Our services are created for the medically-based client who has been discharged from physical therapy, chiropractic care, and/or other medical services. We manage and educate our clients on cardiovascular health and endurance. Our guided also program focus on strength and joint stability for overall function. Clients are also instructed in lengthening the muscles through stretching techniques allowing free movement around the joints. Breathing techniques are facilitated with every assisted stretching motion to achieve optimal health. We also offer in-person ergonomic consulting for injury prevention at the job site. Clients are given an initial consultation including a functional scale assessment and education to address functional goals. One-on-one sessions are followed soon after to include guided exercises and stretches, a tailored home exercise program, and updated progress notes to the referring physician. We use a holistic approach to address several chronic conditions to get you back to function!
