QUICKWORKS MEDICAL EXERCISE, LLC

"Getting You Back To Function As Quickly And Safely As Possible"

CARDIOVASCULAR TRAINING
We manage and educate our clients on cardiovascular health and endurance. We have developed a program based on the time and energy required to perform activities of daily living.
STRENGTH TRAINING
Strength and joint stability is important for overall function. Our guided exercise program trains the client in all aspects of range of motion while specifically managing the client's condition.

MEDICAL EXERCISE PROTOCOLS
Our services are created for the medically-based client after they have been discharged from physical therapy, chiropractic care, and/or other medical services. Clients are given an initial consultation including a functional scale assessment and education to address functional goals. One-on-one sessions are followed soon after to include guided exercises and stretches, a tailored home exercise program, and updated progress notes to the referring physician. We use a holistic approach to address several chronic conditions to get you back to function!
