Three month customized home program to meet your needs based on your condition. Includes weekly check-ins, and home exercise program. Must sign waiver to acknowledge medical clearance by physician to participate. (Does not include functional scale assessment.)

Cancellation Policy

We understand that occasional schedules change and emergencies arise. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients fairly, we have implemented the following cancellation policy. Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours advance notice of any cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to fill the appointment slot with another client. Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments through phone or email. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may occur. In such cases, please notify us as soon as possible so we can discuss alternative arrangements. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please contact us within the cancellation notice.
