Service Description

This service incorporates mindful breathing and stretching. Studies show that mindfulness can reduce chronic pain, stress and anxiety. Clients will learn how to use breathing techniques to foster awareness, allowing the practitioner to guide client into deeper stretching and increased range of motion.
