Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing a professional and seamless experience for all clients. All services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Accepted form of payment include credit/debit cards, contactless payments, and other approved electronic payment methods. For in-person services (including assisted stretching and athlete performance sessions), payment is due prior to or immediately upon service. A valid payment method may be required to secure your appointment. Packages and programs (including 4-week, 8-week, and 12-week plans) must be paid in full upfront unless a payment plan has been selected and approved. All package purchases are non-transferable and must be used within the designated timeframe. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed sessions, unused sessions, or missed appointments. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and missed appointments are non-refundable. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without a refund. Any approved makeup session must be rescheduled within the same training week of the missed session. A $13 travel fee is included in individual mobile-assisted stretching services within a 20-mile radius. Group sessions and special pricing packages do not include travel. Additional travel fees may apply based on location and will be communicated before booking. Group sessions are offered at a discounted flat rate. Additional participants must be approved in advance and may incur an extra fee. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian provide consent and complete all required forms before participation. Services will not be provided without completed documentation and confirmed payment. QuickWorks Medical Exercise, LLC is not liable for injuries or outcomes related to participation.
