Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing a professional and seamless experience for all clients. Please review the following policies before booking. Full payment is required at booking. All sales are final and non-refundable. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and missed appointments are non-refundable. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without a refund. A $13 travel fee is included in individual mobile-assisted stretching services within a 20-mile radius. Group sessions and special pricing packages do not include travel. Additional travel fees may apply based on location and will be communicated before booking. Group sessions are offered at a discounted flat rate and include up to 6 participants. Additional participants must be approved in advance and may incur an extra fee. Virtual health coaching sessions are conducted via phone or video. Clients must have reliable internet access. Results are not guaranteed. Health & Disclaimer: Clients must be physically able to participate and engage at their own risk. Services are for wellness and performance support only and are not medical care, physical therapy, or rehabilitation. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian provide consent and complete all required forms before participation.
